Results and Photos Trial 1

The table below is the results to my to trial one of my experiment. Trial 1 didn't turn out the way I planned. Plant 4 (pH 7.5) didn't grow as well as it should have. I used toothpaste and diluted it with water. However the substance was still too thick, which is the main reason why it didn't grow very well. Plant 3 (pH 7.0) grew the best, the next was plant 5 (pH 8.5). However as pH 7.5 is closer to neutral, it should have grown better. This is why in trial 2 of my experiment I used pond water as pH 7.5. This worked better and the results for trial 2 were more accurate.  I also included  took digital photos of my plants which i took twice a week. This was another way I recorded their progress. I took both individual and group photos of my plants, so you can not only see there progress individually, but you can compare their heights with each other.
